1. What is Vitrinya?

Vitrinya is a platform where collectors showcase their collections, post listings for missing pieces and message each other. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity under it. You may not create an account impersonating someone else.

3. Content you share

The photos, text, listings and messages you add belong to you; you grant us permission to display them in the app. The following are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:

• Illegal, obscene, violent or hateful content
• Harassment, threats, abuse
• Counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods
• Fraud, spam, misleading listings
• Using someone else’s photos or content without permission

We may remove content that breaks these rules and close accounts without warning.

4. Reporting and blocking

If you see inappropriate content or a user, you can report it or block the user from the ⋯ menu. We review reports as quickly as possible, remove violating content and close the offending account.

5. Listings, trades and sales

Vitrinya only connects collectors. Trades and sales happen entirely between users; Vitrinya is not a party to these transactions, does not handle payments and gives no guarantee about the authenticity, condition or delivery of items. Be careful when dealing with people you don’t know.

6. Closing your account

You can permanently delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete my account. This removes your profile, items, photos, listings and messages and cannot be undone.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between users or losses arising from their transactions.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will announce important changes in the app. You can reach us at destek@vitrinya.app or via Settings → Send feedback.
