1. What do we collect?

• Account details: your email, username and password (your password is stored encrypted; we cannot see it)
• Profile: your profile photo and bio
• Content: the items, photos, stories and listings you add
• Messages: your conversations with other users and photos you send
• Interactions: who you follow, your likes, blocks, reports and feedback

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising ID. We access your photo library only when you choose to add photos, and only the photos you select.

2. How do we use it?

Only to run the app: showing your shelf, publishing your listings, delivering your messages, keeping your account secure and reviewing reports. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Who can see it?

• Your username, profile, items and listings are visible to other Vitrinya members.
• Your messages are visible only to you and the person you are chatting with.
• Your email address is not shown to other users.
• People you block cannot see you, and you cannot see them.

4. Where is it stored?

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) operated by our infrastructure provider Supabase, which processes data only on our behalf.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data.

• You can edit or delete your profile and items in the app.
• You can permanently delete all your data via Settings → Delete my account.
• For other requests, write to us at destek@vitrinya.app.

6. Children

Vitrinya is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will announce important changes in the app.
